The Mobile Threshing Machine receives its power from the tractor's PTO (Power Take-Off) shaft through a gearbox connection. It is specifically designed to operate while moving in the field. Since the harvested crop can be processed directly in the machine's hopper during operation, there is no need to transport straw separately. This significantly reduces labor requirements and saves valuable time.
The Mobile Threshing Machine threshes harvested crops using a drum (beater) system. It separates the grain from the stalks while simultaneously processing the remaining plant material into straw. An aspirator system then separates the grain from the straw and transfers the clean product into the storage tank. Thanks to its hydraulic unloading system, the harvested product can be discharged directly into a trailer or sacks. The straw is collected and stored in a straw container attached to the rear of the machine.
The machine is equipped with controllable axle lifts that help compensate for uneven terrain, preventing crop losses caused by field slopes.
Additionally, the adjustable drum chamber allows operators to obtain either finer or coarser straw without changing the sieve, providing greater flexibility according to operational requirements.
